Natasha P. Edwards, MHA
Founder & Chief Consultant
Natasha is a child welfare systems strategist and certified mental health trainer with experience across federal, court, healthcare, and community sectors.
Her work is informed by over a decade as a licensed foster parent, youth advocate, and systems leader. She has led court-affiliated programming, supported regulatory compliance initiatives, and trained professionals serving vulnerable populations.
Natasha founded REAL RISE to bridge the gap between policy and practice — ensuring organizations remain compliant while staying deeply human-centered.
Her approach blends lived experience, operational clarity, and trauma-informed leadership to strengthen the systems families depend on most.
